RuneScape Examiner to establish in-game presence

My RuneScape account is up, Examiner Rs, a F2P account at the moment with 150 total levels. RuneScape Examiner. The goal is 500 levels. Clan chat is open, join chat "Examiner Rs" but probably won't be populated much in the beginning. Want to make the cc a place where players can get info on rs gameplay.
